When I hooked up the device to my JVC Navigation system the unit did not work. That evening I emailed the tech support address that was on the instruction, I received a reply within 12 hours and the response was actually very professional, courteous and helpful. The tech gave me several suggestions and when I went to try these ideas I realized one of the wires was not connected properly. Reconnected the wire and now the device works GRRREAT! This is a very good product but their tech support is great!
